Jordan believes success in the modern policy ecosystem requires modern nonprofits – nimble, pragmatic, and outcome-driven. A strategic operator with cross-sector experience, she has spent her career optimizing multidisciplinary teams for maximum impact across decarbonization goals.
Before joining Clean Tomorrow, Jordan served as Director of Corporate Relations at EJM Associates, a consultancy founded and led by former U.S. Secretary of Energy Ernest Moniz. As the firm’s first hire, she helped build EJM from the ground up and oversaw multi-year team growth while supporting clients across clean power clean fuels, and carbon management industries in domestic markets and abroad.
Jordan also previously served as a consultant to EFI Foundation (formerly Energy Futures Initiative), where she worked closely with senior leadership on strategic growth and thought leadership. She holds a Master of Public Policy from Rutgers University, where she served as a Harold H. and Reba Martin Endowed Fellow, and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from SUNY Geneseo.
