Senior Director of Policy

Evan Chapman believes in bringing people together to make smart choices for our energy future. A lifelong public servant with experience spanning four presidential administrations and nearly a decade on Capitol Hill, Evan has dedicated his career to the development and deployment of clean energy. Most recently, he led policy development and advocacy efforts at Clean Air Task Force (CATF) and previously served U.S. Representatives McEachin (D-VA-4) and Scott (D-VA-3), driving work on climate, energy, and environmental justice. Evan knows how Washington works—and how to turn policy ideas into real progress.

Evan holds a bachelor’s degree in political communications from Emerson College and a master’s degree in public policy from George Mason University. He lives in Northern Virginia with his wife, son, and senior labradoodle.
