Danielle Deiseroth is Chief of Staff at the Searchlight Institute, a think tank dedicated to breaking down ideological barriers to spark political realignment. Before joining Searchlight, she served as Executive Director of Data for Progress, where she joined in 2020 and built the organization’s climate and environmental polling practice into a widely cited resource for the clean energy movement, leading dozens of public opinion research projects at the national, state, and congressional district levels. Earlier in her career, Danielle worked as a strategy consultant in Washington, D.C. and traveled the country as an aide on Senator Bernie Sanders’ 2020 presidential campaign. A proud Pittsburgh native, she holds a degree in chemical and environmental engineering from Columbia University.
