Chloe Parrish believes that building a stronger energy future requires more than good policy – it takes bringing the right people together to turn ideas into real progress. An energy policy and engagement strategist, she has built her career across government, advocacy, and the non-profit sector.

Before joining Clean Tomorrow, Chloe led partnerships and engagement at PowerLines, advancing state-level policies focused on a more affordable and efficient electric grid. Previously, she served at the U.S. Department of Energy across the Office of the Secretary, Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations, and Office of Manufacturing and Energy Supply Chains, helping advance federal energy initiatives spanning a broad range of technologies. Earlier in her career, Chloe’s work included climate advocacy, political campaigns, and field research for nonprofit organizations in India and Nepal.

Chloe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida. She lives in Denver, Colorado with her Boston Terrier, Lola.
