Washington, DC – Clean Tomorrow is proud to announce the appointment of Jordan Gallagher as Chief Operations Officer. In this role, Gallagher will draw on years of experience across the public, nonprofit and corporate sectors to streamline Clean Tomorrow’s operations and accelerate its decarbonization mission.
“We’re at an exciting inflection point for Clean Tomorrow, and Jordan is the right leader to help us capitalize on this momentum,” said Lindsey Baxter Griffith, CEO of Clean Tomorrow. “Her experience with teams that turn complex energy policy into actionable strategy is exactly what we need, and I couldn’t be more excited to work alongside her.”
Gallagher joins Clean Tomorrow from EJM Associates, a D.C.-based consulting firm led by former U.S. Secretary of Energy Ernest Moniz that focuses on decarbonization and energy policy. During her four and a half years at EJM, she managed corporate relations and led company operations, business development and client strategy.
“Clean Tomorrow is at the forefront of practical climate solutions, and I’m thrilled to join this impressive team.” said Gallagher. “I look forward to contributing my experience across policy, decarbonization, and operations strategy to help scale Clean Tomorrow’s impact and drive real change.”
Previously, Gallagher served as a consultant to EFI Foundation, where she advised on and supported strategy development, communications, and operations. Gallagher holds a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Geneseo and a master’s degree in public policy from Rutgers University.
Gallagher’s appointment comes as Clean Tomorrow expands its policy and research work. The organization recently released the Re-Energizing America report calling for a $25 billion federal investment for DOE’s RD&D programs by 2030. Clean Tomorrow also leads the Siting Solutions Project, which just released a policy field guide to equip state leaders with a framework for renewable energy policy reforms.
